The Xiangjiang Cup International Regatta 2016 and the opening ceremony of the Xiangjiang River Water Carnival kicked off on the Orange Isle that day. 166 contestants from ten countries and regions such as China, United States, Russia, Italy, Australia, and Germany will compete for the championship from April 28 to 29.
