At 9:00 AM. local time on January 29th, Zhangjiajie Charming Xiangxi Group in the Chinese consulate in erbil has attended lag-raising ceremony, then gone to Iraq in the northeast city of Sulaimaniyah. It held Iraq’s second “Happy Spring Festival” sympathy performance.
