Royal Cambodia Consul-General in Chongqing Visits Hunan for Cooperation

Director of the Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Hunan Province (HNFAO) Xiao Bailing met with a delegation headed by the newly-appointed Royal Cambodia Consul-General in Chongqing Kedallah on January 12.

Director Xiao welcomed the delegation and hoped that HNFAO and the consulate-general could make great efforts to promote sister-city relationship and conduct cooperation in agriculture, engineering machinery and tourism. Since more and more Hunan people have been starting their businesses in Cambodia, the consulate-general is expected to facilitate their visa issuance. She also expressed that HNFAO would join hands with the consulate-general to push forward communication and cooperation in various fields.

Kedallah said that he was impressed by Hunan's vigor and potential. He was willing to close contact with HNFAO during his term of office, actively promote sister-city relationship between Phnom Penh and Changsha, and co-launch various activities so as to attract more Hunanese to invest and travel in Cambodia.
