ZJJ Tianzishan Cableway was reformed from the beginning New Year’s Day

With the rapid development of ZJJ Wulingyuan tourist industry, the capacity of Tianzi mountain can not meet the demand of tourism. From the beginning New Year’s Day, the safe operation Tianzishan mountain cableway will be all closed. During the National Day, the expansion Tianzi mountain cableway will have a new appearance.

It is understood that Tianzi mountain cableway reconstruction project will be conducted in the site. It will add two stents to further improve the stability and safety. After transforming, the total line is 2,097 metres long, hanging off structure for the single cycle. At the same time, the crane load people will be increased from 6 to 8 people. The speed is 6 m/s, increased by 33%. After transforming, the capacity increased from the original 900 people/hour to 1500 people/hour, which will greatly reduce the waiting time, alleviate the pressure of the partial overload transportation.

ZJJ Wulingyuan scenic area has Tianzi mountain cableway, Huangshi village cableway, Bailong ladder and Yangjiajie cableway four air traffic lanes. After shutdown of Tianzi mountain cableway, other transit traffic will be relatively increased. Therefore, ZJJ Wulingyuan district tourism department reminds the tourists to have reasonable arrangements.
