9,600 Volunteers Contribute to Better Service at Wulingyuan Scenic Area

December 5 is the International Volunteer Day for Social and Economic Development (IVD). On the street of Zhangjiajie’s Wulingyuan Scenic Area, a group of elderly volunteers celebrated the day by picking up rubbish and supervising civilized travel.

In Wulingyuan Scenic Area, eighteen CPC & League Member Obligatory Information Desks were set up at tourist distribution centers such as ticket offices and Tianzi Mountain. 9,600 registered volunteers from 25 volunteer service organizations offered services for tourists by turns.
