Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan became the provincial biome

On October 30st, ZJJ Wulingyuan created provincial biome, Which has officially become the province’s fifth biome.

ZJJ Wulingyuan district formally launched provincial biome in 2005, Through establishing and perfecting the guarantee system, To implement ecological building engineering projects. It intensified the building of ecological agriculture, To improve the ecological environment quality.

So far, It has created 41 city ecological villages (community), 4 provincial ecological towns, 36 eco-villages, 2 state-level ecological towns and 1 ecological village. In 2012, It was awarded the honorary title of national ecological demonstration zone.
