“Joyous Xiaoxiang, Happy Wulingyuan”to be staged on August 16th

On August 12th, according to resources, “Joyous Xiaoxiang., Happy Wulingyuan” masses artists performance final is to be shown at 9:00am on August 16th in Grand Theatre of beautiful Western Hunan Show.

Participated by 15 teams from district systematic enterprises, townships and villages in the whole district and tourism enterprises, The“Joyous Xiaoxiang, Happy WUlingyuan” masses artists activities is sponsored by the district party committee, the district government, the district publicity department, The district administration of Culture, Sports, Radio, Film and Television, Press and Publications. 17 programs in various kinds of forms and contents including Tujia Waving Dance, folk songs, short sketch, Chinese folk art forms, scene play, sing with action and instrumental music performances are wrote, directed, acted by the masses, and then selected from the grassroots.

This activity is aimed to show the cultural achievements of the masses, to fuel the development of excellent traditional culture, distinctive culture of Tujia and entertainment culture of the mass characters, to further the integration of tourism and culture, to improve the popularity of ZJJ Wulingyuan scenic spots so as to build an international leisure resort.
