2013 First Half of ZJJ Port’s Entry and Exit

It is learned that in this year, with the openness of ZHANGJIAJIE-TAIPEI regular flight and the further expanse of Southeast Asia routes, the entry and exit flights and personnel of ZJJ port maintain a rapid growth. From January to May, the number of entry-exit personnel stood 32,773 and flights 246, an increase of 126% and 156% respectively. Besides, the entry-exit passenger flow volume of Zhangjiajie airport increases to 10.4% from 4.1% of last year.

So far this year, with the development of Zhangjiajie’s out-ward economy, and access to enormous tourism resources, Taiwan flight has been opened, Sino-Korea flight develops well and Sino-Tailand flight is “overheating”. There are eight China and foreign aviation companies operate flights from Zhangjiajie to South Korea busan, Daegu, Cheongju, Bangkok,Tailand, Taipei, Taiwan and Gaixiong.

The increase of new flight routes and waypoints and normalization of entry-exit flights further enhance the international level of Zhangjiajie port and expand the reputation and influence of Zhangjiajie tourism brand. The city’s relevant sectors are strengthening the reclaim of external markets. As the entry-exit flights and personnel are increasing, they will exceed the total volume of 2012, Zhangjiajie’s “World Tourism Destination” forming.
