ZJJ Shiyanping Village-Ancient Architecture Complex Rose to National Relic

Recently, the State Council published the seventh batch of national key cultural relics, in which ancient architecture complex from Shiyanping Village, Yongding district, Zhangjiajie City was listed awesomely.

Shiyanping Village is located in the common boundary of three counties: Yongding, Taoyuan, Yuanling. Tujia people are the main residents there. So distinctive national features and long historic culture are presented in this village. Since 21st century, the committees have been focusing on protecting folk culture of Tujia nationality. The successful declaration this time is of great significance. Thereupon, Tujia culture-protection will go up to a new stage.
