According to the Report, The Bailong Ladder which located in the world natural heritage wulingyuan scenic area, with fish tank ladder of Germany, arch ladder of the United States joined one of the 11 big world creative elevator.

In 2002, The Bailong Ladder put into operation, with the triple crown of “the world’s highest appearance, the largest load and the fastest speed” became a big surprise in the guinness world records. It was an exposed outdoor sightseeing elevator. It had the feature of great magnificence and complex technology, whose vertical elevation reached to 335 meters. It had the capacity of 4000 passengers per hour.
