ZJJ Wulingyuan Is Conferred As “Hometown of Hunan Poetry”

Recently,forty notable poets from different parts of China have gathered in Wulingyuan scenic spot to take part in the 2013 Chinese Poetry Poets Gathering Youth Activities.On the opening ceremony, Wulingyuan is conferred as “Hometown of Hunan Poetry” by Chinese Poetry Academy and Poetry Association of Hunan Province and given a poem calligraphy and painting works worth of 300,000 RMB.

This poetry gathering activities is aimed to propagandize and market Wulingyuan scenic area through poetry literature and art, and dedicate to build up a sound tourism and culture connotation for ZJJ.These participants visit many world natural heritage sites in ZJJ , such as Baofeng Lake,Yellow Dragon Cave, Golden Whip Brook and Tianzi Mount and so on,experiencing the charm and mystery of Wulingyua scenery.
