China Became the World’s Largest International Tourism Spender

The United Nations World Tourism Organization recently made a statement, pointing out that China had surpassed America and many other countries and became the world’s largest international tourism spender in 2012.

The World Tourism Organization also indicated that Chinese people spent about 102 billion dollars in overseas travel expenditure, which was an all-time record.

During the last 10 years,Chinahas witnessed the fastest development in global tourism market all over the world. And it remains the similar rise up to now. When talking about the reasons, we should give the credit to the development of Chinese urbanization, the increase of disposable income as well as a looser international travel restriction.
