Tourists in Wulingyuan Scenic Area Up to 15,000 on January 1, 2013

ZJJ Wulingyuan Scenic Area in Zhangjiajie revealed that the spot received over 15,000 tourists from home and abroad on the very first day of New Year Holidays of 2013, an increase of 65.3% compared with the same period of last year.

Overseas tourists accounted for 30% of the total tourists,with more than 200 visiting the Giant Salamander Biotechnology Museum of Zhangjiajie.

On the same day, the reception work of the scenic area stayed in good order. No effective complaint was made by any tourists.
