Okay Airways Joins in Promoting Xiangtan Tourism

On December 25, 2012, Xiangtan Tourism Promotion Week was jointly launched by the Xiangtan Municipal Tourism Bureau and Okay Airways Company Limited. Leaders of the Hunan Provincial Tourism Department, the Xiangtan Municipal People's Government, the Xiangtan Municipal Tourism Bureau, and Okay Airways Company were joined by various journalists in witnessing the opening ceremony of the event.

During the week, the unique specialties of Xiangtan--known as "Holy Hometown of the Great Chairman Mao Zedong"--will be publicized to travelers in Okay Airways ' cabins through the distribution of special local food, souvenirs and brochures. In addition, flight attendants will wear sashes that read "Enjoy Charming Xiangtan with Okay Airways". Lucky passengers will win Xiangtan souvenirs and tickets to tourist attractions in Xiangtan from prize drawings to be held during the flight.
