ZJJ Tianmen Mountain has passed through the “National Exam”

On November 16th, the first national services standardization pilot unit zhangjiajie — zhangjiajie Tianmen mountain tourism co., LTD. (hereinafter referred as the tianmen mountain company), with travel service standardization pilot work, thus winning 92 scores to pass through evaluation expert groups′s assessment acceptance of the national standardization management committee. This is the first unit of province tourism industry which passed through the assessment acceptance of the national services standardization.

Expert groups, in accordance with the overall objective, pragmatic and fair evaluation principle, through listenning to the report, checking materials, on-site inspection, tourist satisfaction survey, a staff forums and other methods to overall evaluated the standardization of the tianmen mountain company pilot work, and its performance shall be fully affirmed.

In the future, the tianmen mountain scenic spot will be in accordance with the tourism service standardization construction requirements, continuous improvement, and constantly improving the standard system, and striving to become the province and even the whole country tourism service industry model.
