Liu Sai, born inSangzhiCounty, Zhangjiajie by 1987, was very fond of singing and dancing when she was a lovely little girl. Unfortunately, eye diseases struck her at the age of four, left her with a pair of almost blind eyes. When she reached 6, her parents gave her access to dance and vocal music for the purpose that their little daughter could have a happy future.

As they wish, by 2002, Liu Sai was recruited by Hunan Vocational College of Art as the first one who gained exceptive admission since its establishment. Better, she became a member of China Disabled Art Troupe in 2007; later in the year of 2008, Liu Sai showed herself on the torch ceremony of Beijing Paralympic Games, and toured nations likeNorwayand Israel etc. In the grand year of 2011, the annual championship of Avenue of Stars went to her, witnessed this beautiful young lady’s probably first peak in career.
