March 19, 2012, from the official news, On the 28th of this month, The first tourism charter will begain to be flight between Zhangjiajjie and Bangkok, Zhangjiajie people will be able to straight fly to Thailand, feeling the customs of other countries.

According to news, Thailand's Songkran Festival will be held in April 13, a total of three days, Thailand Eastern Airlines will be the implementation of the charter flights (Bangkok-Zhangjiajie-Bangkok) on March 28 and April 2,11,12,16, 17, a total of six flights. The charter model is a Boeing 737-300, Boeing 763 and McDonnell Douglas 80. Bangkok departure time is 9:00am,the time of arrival in Zhangjiajie 12:20 noon;and Zhangjiajie departure time is 13:20pm,the time of arrival in Bangkok 16:40pm.
