The Third Ethnic Minority Theatrical Festival of Hunan Province was held at the Hunan Grand Theatre in Changsha on December 30.

The event, held every five years, was participated by over 500 artists coming from 18 cities, counties and districts of 10 cities and prefecture across Hunan Province. A total of 27 ethnic programs were staged, showcasing Hunan's achievements in the ethnic culture over the past five years. These featured programs vividly depicted the splendid and diverse ethnic culture across the province.

Rich in modernity and ethnic characteristics, the performance impressed the audience with ethnic minorities' zest for life as well as their affection, courage, and diligence.
