Happy Day for Stay-at-Home Children of Migrant Workers in Shaoyang

On December 12, the Happy Day for Stay-at-Home Children of Migrant Workers was celebrated in Hexing Primary School in Guzhou Town, Shaoyang County, Shaoyang City, Hunan Province. It is the third time for the children in the county to enjoy a festival of this kind since its establishment in 2009.

Till now, 120 mental health counseling stations have been established, and video and phone facilities have been installed in all the schools with available network which will open free of charge for over 60,000 left-behind children to help them contact their parents.
