Ingredients: a duck, konjak, bean curd, salt, chicken powder, cooking wine, spicy sauce, wild pepper, ginger, onion.
Cooking methods:
1, Unhairing the prepared duck, removing its viscera and stripping it. After chopping the bean curd into 1-centimeter square strips, poaching them in boiling water in order to be used more conveniently later.
2, Pouring oil into a pot, then onion and ginger. Next, adding the chopped duck strips, keeping stir-frying about 8 to 10 minutes. Straight after that, soup-stock should be put into the pot as well.
