Steamed Pork with Rice Flour

Ingredients needed:

Streaky pork, Rice, Ginger, Pepper, Caraway, Sesame oil, Chili sauce, Light soy sauce, Brown sugar.

Ways of cooking steamed pork with rice flour:

1.Wash up the rice and air it after draining off. Then, put rice into the pot and add pepper. Fry the rice until it becomes a somewhat yellow color with soft fire and pulverize the fried rice to powder by using a blender.
