ZJJ Dried Rice Fried with Sugar, specialty of Zhangjiajie, tastes sweet, fragrant and crisp. Adults and children favor it very much.
On method of making the fried rice, it is a little complicated. The first step is to dry the boiled rice in the sun. Then, stir-fry the rice with oil sometimes tea oil in iron pat.
