Bean-residue tofu also known as lazy tofu, is a kind of delicate and appetizing food in Xiangxi. People in Xiangxi are apt to make bean-residue tofu when lacking of appetite.The procedures to make a bean-residue tofu dish is not so complicated.
Step one, put the bean powder into the pot filled with boiling water, then mix stir the powder;
Step two, wash the leafy vegetables and distribute them evenly over the bean soup;
Step three, take care of the heat and heating time, you are not supposed to stir the mixture until everything in the pot are boiling and thick bean powder turn into clear soup;
The last step is to add some salt and chopped green onion. Because of the easy procedures and delicate taste.
