Answer:You can train to changsha city from xian,Then 4 hours regluar bus to zhangjiajie.Also you can train to changde city from xian,Then 2 hours regluar bus to zhangjiajie..Also and you can change another train to zhangjiajie from changsha or changde.
The best way:You can directly fly into zhangjiajie from xian(Xianyang airport)(April to October)
