Commercial district

Regarding to commercial secrecy and property rights protection, many commercial areas and shops also prohibit photo taking. Thus tourists would better be prudent in above places in case of unnecessary misunderstanding.

“Latent rules”of photo taking

In traveling, even if there are no“No Photo”signs in some occasions, tourists should also be particularly noticed when snapping.

Private property

Legally speaking, individual can not restrain others not to take photo of this own belongs in the public places, but he can limit others not to taking when they enter his private place, especially some private museums or exhibition halls. Even if these exhibitions are opened to the public, the owner still has the right to prohibit or expel tourists or photographers’ taking.

Wild animals
